Dawson was so excited for Halloween, he even slept with his little spider ring!Halloween was a blast! Grandmother Velta and Papa Moe came down from Hayden and spent the day with us. We went downtown and trick-or-treated in the afternoon, came home and had some delicious food that they prepared for us. They are wonderful and we were sad to see them leave so soon.
We had Princess Leia, Darth Vader and Baby Yoda this year. Carter wouldn't ever sit still long enough to get his picture taken, though. But he was a cutie!
After dinner, Ryanna almost couldn't stand the excitement and couldn't wait to hand out the candy to the trick-or-treaters that would soon come to our house.
and waited......
and waited. Not a single trick-or-treater came!
She was so sad!
Finally the doorbell rang!! Jason, Diane and Eddie His Royal Puppiness came to visit! They were our only visitors that night, Ryanna gleefully handed them some candy and her job was done! Carter was more than happy to share his lolly with him. Eddie is such a good sport!
Diane had this awesome contacts that turned her eyes into black stars, which really spooked Dawson. They looked great!

Sad that no one came when Ryanna was ready and waiting and waiting and waiting! Her pose as Princess Leia made us laugh outloud. So funny. She is quite a girl! Dawson sleeping with his ring on...how adorable is that?! Love your little baby Yoda. Looks like the force was in force at your house!

We should have gotten together for Halloween! We would have had all Star Wars generations covered. What a fun time. I'm sorry about the lack of trick-or-treaters. We have had the same problem at our house. This year we actually got 34 and we handed out full-sized candy bars, so we're hoping word gets around and we have even more next year!
I've been waiting to see pics from Halloween. I loved all their costumes! I am thinking we should have come trick-or-treating to your house after I saw the pics of Ryanna. Poor girl. :( At least she looked spectacular in her Princess Leia costume! Your Grandpa and Grandma are cute, too.

Those kids are so cute! How fun that they all were from Star Wars. Carter was way too cute. Little Yoda...that's amazing! Dawson and Ryanna are such cute kids. So fun!
We didn't get any trick or treaters either. Issy came home early since she was a little sick and was anxious for some kids to come and no one came. It was soo sad!!
I love the Star Wars costumes! My boys are obsessed with Star Wars. They made a movie last year titled "Star Wars VII--Han Solo's Revenge." I played Princess Leia, so Ryanna and I now have something in common :)
