it's only TWO credits?

I wake up this morning at 7 (after going to bed at 2:30 ALSO this morning) and find that Ryan still isn't home from school yet. He went to school yesterday morning around 8am and is still there. He's been there for 25 hours straight so far. This isn't his record, but it's getting awfully close.

I wonder if they have showers at the law school. They'd better think about investing in one.

This brief that he's been working on for weeks (see this previous post about it if you'd like the background) has taken his whole life! He eats, sleeps, breathes it and is constantly mulling it over in his head.
It's over today!! Hours and hours for this class and it's only 2 credits. I asked him what else he's getting out of it and he says, "It's fun?" Oooookay.

he's... our... family guy!

Stewart Gilligan Griffin was too cute to pass up in Walmart, so I bought him and put him on the mantle as part of the decor. However, someone thought it was just a toy so he played with it and then I found this poor little animated guy in Ryan's backpack on his way to school.
Poor Stewie, now he gets to spend his days down at the boring law school instead of being thrown around here at home.
I also want to add that I'm such a fan of Seth MacFarlane and Alex Borstein! They're sheer brilliance is constantly displayed! I love Alex on her little cameos on Gilmore girls. (Did you know that her real-life husband, Jackson Douglas, plays Jackson Belleville on GG? Neato huh?)
I love Alex's work and I love Seth's voice! Ahhhhhh!

Did you know that this series is banned in Indonesia, Taiwan, Vietnam, Iran, South Korea, South Africa, and Malaysia? Now, that's funny.

Now, all I need now is Bertram. Although, I'd love Brian too.

just another quirky tag

Kari tagged me and here it finally is! More fun stuff about me:

1) I absolutely am head-over-heels for Erasure. I adore their music and have quite the collection. It's the perfect music for every mood you're in and it makes me happy! I only need a couple more of their mainstream albums for my collection to be complete!

2) Not a single day goes by without me doing my crossword puzzles. I spend a lot of time on them and I love them. I feel that it keeps my brain from going to mush! I've done them daily since the summer of 2006 and I love it.

3) I can't walk a patch of clovers without stopping. I used to collect four-leaf-clovers when I was a kid and I had quite the collection!

4) I can wiggle my ears. And I do when people that are talking to me and are boring. I'll do it without noticing and they'll stop dead in their tracks and forget what they're saying. It gets me out of conversations that I don't want to be in, but it's also embarrassing!

5) Before I see a movie, I have to research it. I have to know the who, why, when, where, etc. I have to know the errors and goofs, and all that fun stuff. I just love it! I love knowing the connections on and off screen. It makes a movie all the more enjoyable. I LOVE movies...a little much sometimes.

6) Thanks to my MOM, I can't eat popcorn without it being "souped" up! That means eating Hot Tamales or Junior Mints with a couple kernels at a time...that makes for great popcorn! Now the buttered stuff is just plain BORING! Popcorn without sugar is a thing of the past!

"i can see clearly now!"

Ryanna is absolutely thrilled with her new glasses! She insists on wearing them constantly and does a pretty good job at leaving them alone. She spit-shines them when they're "dirty" and always puts them back into her little case. She beams up at you, waiting with bated breath for you to praise her on her spectacles! Not to mention she looks adorable. Not exactly sure where she gets the nearsightedness and astigmatism. I blame her dad.

She keeps saying, "NO WAY!" at things that are far away and "Oooohhhh! I didn't know that's what it looked like!" Because she couldn't see things that clearly...until now!

Carter looked so handsome in his little outfit. He can finally fit into these 18-month-old church clothes that were Dawson's. He's so snazzy!

At the times of these photo shoots, Dawson was catching some Zzzzz's and didn't want to be disrupted. Oh well, next time! And YES, those are pajamas. I can't seem to keep him out of them. Pajamas are what he wears these days. I have to bribe him to go to school in normal clothes!
