Oh, whoam I kidding?! It still snows here every morning. I hope the REAL spring comes soon, I'm getting tired of wearing big, pink clonker snowboots to church!
I KNOW! Yesterday there was the littlest hint of blue sky (if you squinked real hard) and a little sun in the afternoon...got all excited and made plans to go biking with Dad while he did his long pre-marathon run this morning. Woke up to COLD GRAY skies with BIG WIND. [feng hen da!] There's only one thing that being in a cold wind and that's trying to bike in it. Yuck. You can appreciate this...if you look out over the city from my bedroom window you see the tiniest hint of a green cast! I know Spring is out there just waiting for the sun to shine so they can finish poking their noses through the muck and out into the polution. [no wonder the new life is hesitant to leave the ground!] Hey, did I tell you our sweet friend Margi has cancer? She has started a blog. She is a gifted writer and has a positive and tender way to share her journey. You should see it: www.nettlesnittygritty.blogspot.com And include her in your prayers, would you? Thanks!
It's so funny you made a post like this...I was thinking about doing a similar one but you beat me to it! great mind think alike-or at least sister minds think alike :) Spring will get here eventually, until then we had rain all day and are expecting snow the next few days. So much for the beginning of Spring!
Yeah...down here it was in the upper sixties and I think it even hit seventy and then it has been rainy, windy, and really cold this week...not fun and really not fair! I'm so ready for spring and summer!
haha..loved this post! I thought the same thing last week. But I knew more snow would come, and sure enough a whole week worth to look froward to!! ya!(just a bit sarcastic, if you didn't catch that)

This weather stinks!! We need some warmth and sunshine, yes? :D
I laughed at your post. Or rather, your good humor. Bummer about the weather there. I won't tell you how warm it has been here. ;)
good try...where the heck is that spring anyhow?

This caused me to chuckle. I hope the "real" Spring comes soon.
