I love my pedometer! It's my new best friend. I love it so much, I dedicate a post to it.
I realize that as a busy mom, I'm usually on my feet most of the day. Out of sheer curiosity, I wanted to see how many steps I took.
Considering that my house is one level, I don't have any stairs and I only have one hallway, I went over 12,500 steps yesterday. (That includes one hour and 800 calories burned on the elliptical) But still! That's over 5.5 miles!
That's a lot of steps for just doing the laundry.

WAY TO GO! Keep it up! That is an amazing amount of steps considering our goal should be 10000 steps a day.
Makes me tired all over just thinking about it! Way to go! Wow, this is why we're exhausted at night, huh? Michelle answered my question...how many steps should we be taking each day? Is that to loose weight or is it to just maintain where we are? Or is that to keep our hearts healthy? Yay for you!!
It's interesting to start counting something we do so much every day. Baby stepping down the hall, baby stepping to the elevator, baby stepping around the office...
Alright I need to invest in one of those little devices. I know that Moms are always on the go and I'm curious about how many steps I take a day. Laundry has to be the main cause for all those steps though. (I HATE doing laundry.)
Way to go on your steps lady.
Pedometers are fun! I always forget to put mine on. Cole and Bryce like wearing it, though. :D
Way to go Angela. I've given up on the live healthy and be happy kick. Somedays it's not all it's cracked up to be. So, I just pay the gym membership each month so they can stay open and I don't go so there will be plenty of space for those livin' healthy-n-happy! Keep up the good work. Oh, laundry isn't all that it's cracked up to be either, but it gets to be a necessity unless one wants to streak! ha ha
