poor poor head

Obviously this is NOT my skeleton, but I thought it was a pretty sweet picture displaying where it HURTS! Sorry that I've been complaining a lot lately, but my poor headaches last for DAYS.
It seriously puts a damper on my social agenda so anyone have any suggestions how to help them? I do everything from herbal remedies to yoga, deep breathing, exercise, yoga, stretching, sleeping, and some OTC meds.  I am not dyhadrated, I drink more than enough water! I stay away from caffeine until I can hardly stand the ache and then I down a couple diet cokes.
Any suggestions??

Yikes! That sounds awful :(. I wish I could be of more help but I don't really get headaches other than in pregnancy and they aren't usually more than some tylenol and a few sips of caffeine can't fix. Have you tried going to the chiropractor? I've heard that sometimes can help. I sure do hope you get it figured out!

Have you tried a Doctor? I hear they are good for curing things?! (:-P) Seriously, have a headache that lasts for days is not good and could be a sign of something else. GO TO THE DR!!! At least you would know that it isn't serious. Love you!

Bummer about the headache! Yikes! When mine get so blindingly bad, I lay down in a dark QUIET room with a cold cloth over my eyes. (quiet is difficult with kids, though...)

Good luck with the aches! :(

Oh, Ang...so sorry! Wish there was something I could do to help. I like the suggestion of the wet cold washcloth over the eyes in a dark room. Doc might help too. Or maybe just getting over the sugar-infested holidays and getting back to routine is what is needed. Either way, hang in there. Things will get better and I trust that you'll know what to do. Let me know if you need me to come cuddle the kids while you go to the dr. I'd be happy to!
