I got this mysterious card in the mail over the weekend. It had a WinCo giftcard enclosed and a very thoughtful inscription.
However, I have no idea who sent it. I don't recognize the handwriting nor was there a return address.

I love when people do things like that! i will never forget when I had car troubles and somebody secretly mailed me $240 bucks. It is nice to know there are still great people out there!
Glad you have a good samaritan watching over you. It's humbling to know that someone wanted to help and then actually did something about it....most of us just wish we could help but don't act on it. I'll include your 'Dear Friend' in my prayer of gratitude tonight.
Wow-I repeat what mom said. We often times want to help but don't know how or cannot for some reason or another. People like that inspire me to be better and different. We can all chip in and make life a little less difficult for another. There is a radio program right now called pay it forward. People like your friend help us to want to do that. Inspiring...
